Apostle Ernest Leonard is the founder and Senior Pastor of Victory Church Provision of Promise Family Church International Ministries. He has an active outreach through the “Times of Refreshing” television and radio broadcasting program. He holds a Masters of Business Education, Doctor of Divinity and Doctor of Ministries. He is the President and Executive Director of the School of Apostles. He is the Founder and Overseeing Apostle of “Taking Your City For God Prayer Network” in the New Jersey Region.
Apostle Leonard travels extensively throughout the United States teaching prayer and spiritual warfare and establishing prayer networks in other regions.
There is a strong Apostolic and prophetic dimension upon his ministry. God has used him to establish churches throughout the United States. A strong fathering and nurturing spirit rests upon Apostle Leonard as Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, and Teachers are birthed through his ministry.
Apostle Ernest Leonard is commissioned by God to impart spiritual gifts within the body of Christ. Signs, wonders and miracles operate fluently throughout his ministry. God has used him mightily in evangelistic crusades, teaching deliverance and spiritual warfare and casting out demons.
